We are excited you joined the Bloomington Youth Soccer Club! The following information will assist you in selecting and ordering your BYSC uniform.

Our uniform coordinator has worked very hard to keep the cost down for the best value possible.  The kit includes 2 game jerseys, 1 game short and 1 pair of game socks.

Simply print out the pdf order form to the right and fill out your order. Send to the address on the bottom of the form or contact the uniform coordinator.

Also, please remember the payment is due at the time of the order and we will only accept cash or check.
