posted 07/03/2009 U16C1 Thunder Father's Day Scrimmage
The U16C1 girls Thunder recently celebrated Father’s Day with their dads and brothers in the inaugural Thunder Father’s Day Scrimmage. Following on the heels of the first Mother’s Day scrimmage back in May, the dads were eager to get out on the field and show their stuff, and indeed they did. A lot of fun was had by all on the special day for the girls with their fathers, and rumor has it that the dads pulled out the “victory” in a close battle fueled by explosive scoring, dominant midfield play and stellar goalkeeping.

posted 05/21/2009 Girls Night Out!!!!
The girls U16C1 Thunder rcoached by Jim Foerster recently celebrated Mother’s Day with their moms and sisters in a fun scrimmage at Brookside. This was a great opportunity for the girls to show their moms how much they appreciate all they do make it all possible for them to play travelling soccer for a great club like BYSC. It also gave the moms a chance to show their “talents” – of which plenty were on display. There was a little soccer here-and-there along with a lot of fun and special memories that will linger.
After seeing how much fun the moms had with their daughters, the dads are counting the days until the inaugural Father’s Day scrimmage in June.
